The location is perfect if you want to walk a while for a proper Basque-vibe restaurant or cafe. Beds are comfy and the staff, well, they're moderately nice.

Oh, joy, a complicated and malfunctioning automated check-in system. And let's not forget the flooded bathroom.

As youngsters, we loved the great facilities in the kitchen, including multiple microwaves and ovens, large toaster, fridges. the common areas were also very nice, and the beds, pillows, and comforter/blankets were incredibly comfortable. the property's concept of sustainability was impressive, and all the locations looked really nice.

We felt very well looked after, and there was nothing to complain about.

The common area is nice and the rooms have a good gender balance. They provide a hairdryer, washing machine, and kitchen facilities. Online reception is responsive and the WiFi works well. The staff, particularly Javi, are knowledgeable and helpful in recommending local places to eat.

We had a very clean and easy stay at the eco house. Once inside the building, it was straightforward to navigate and use the facilities. the dorms were well-maintained and provided a decent level of privacy with the panel dividers between the beds. The staff, in general, were friendly and helpful. Cons: Couldn't fault 👍🏼.

The staff were helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist me. The common space had ample tables and outlets for working or reading. The location, although a bit of a walk to the city center, was pleasant.

The location isn't convenient. I needed to walk 10 minutes from the old quarter, with the last part being up a hill, which was exhausting.

The leisure room was equipped with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable chairs.
